How we’ll weigh each idea. We use the three lenses from the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework for AI, so the idea we build first is the one most likely to succeed:
How much time, money or quality it could win back, and whether it ties to a top priority.
Whether the data is reachable, it fits your tools, and the risk is manageable.
Whether the people doing the work want the change, already use AI, and have someone to champion it.
Why the people side matters. Microsoft’s research is clear that the orgs that get the most from AI are the ones that bring their people along, so we weigh readiness, not just the tech. The first build we pick is one with a willing team behind it.
