Henkel operates worldwide with leading brands and technologies in three business areas: Laundry & Home Care, Cosmetics/Toiletries and Adhesive Technologies. In Australia the company has offices in Sydney and Melbourne, and Auckland, New Zealand.

After many years of having its Asia-Pacific IT requirements managed by its global head office in Düsseldorf, Germany, the need for a more regional provider, able to understand and respond quicker to local demands, became clearly evident.
